“I have been a client of Jamie's since July 2011. Jamie designs personal training sessions that are comprehensive (engaging many muscle groups and types of exercise), intense and challenging, yet manageable. I feel energized after my training sessions and a good, acceptable level of soreness 1-2 days following most of the sessions. I appreciate that Jamie is sensitive to previous injuries and conscientious about avoiding re-injuries or new injuries. He also takes into consideration types of exercises that his clients like and dislike and customizes the sessions accordingly. He is also good at customizing sessions for training partners. Whether I am training solo or with a partner, Jamie provides equal focus, attention and challenge throughout the workout. Jamie's deep and detailed knowledge of personal training results in sessions that are different every time so there is no monotony or boredom.
