This program puts an emphasis on changing your cardiovascular system, your resting heart rate, and overall lean muscle. In this program, there will be more anaerobic activity to strengthen your pulmonary and cardiovascular systems.

By increasing your cardiovascular system, the body will actually develop new capillaries. This will allow your body to recover quicker, deliver oxygen and nutrients to cells that need it, and excrete biochemical waste quicker. This will also create a lower resting heart rate, allowing your body to become more efficient with less stress on your heart.

This program is great for any athlete or weekend warrior wanting to improve their fitness level. We will test your VO2 Max regularly to chart your progress.
